Spontaneous chat

  1. Pick “Instant call”
  2. Pay & add message
  3. Copy the gift link and share with the giftee eg via email or text
  4. The link will take the giftee to the website with the gift automatically applied. Your message will be displayed. They can call whenever they feel the urge
  5. If the Listener is not available the first time, the giftee can click their link any number of times to try again. It won't get used up until they've completed their call

Bookable time slot

  1. Pick a booked call type eg 'Listener call' or 'Conversation call'
  2. Pay & add message
  3. Copy the gift link and share with the giftee eg via email or text
  4. The link will take the giftee to a booking page where they can pick a time slot themselves without having to pay
  5. They will get an email containing a link to take them to their booked call when it's time. Just like when you book a call for yourself
